01Since 2019

SWAT Team of Michigan officially launched in 2019. Matt Castle brought his earlier independent cleaning experience and a simple bet: treat cleaning like a skilled trade, and the work will speak for itself.

The company’s commercial experience includes the County of Jackson, Menards, and the Area Agency on Aging. Michigan names like Big Boy, Bob Evans, and Murray’s Auto sit in the track record. That work has a shape you learn to recognize on the phone: a move-out with a deadline, an estate that needs clearing with care, a house that got away from somebody during the worst season of their life. SWAT crews walk into those jobs without judgment, set aside the photographs and keepsakes, and leave work through the agreed cleaning priorities. The office confirms scope and crew availability for each request.

Photos on every job

Before, during, and after shots go to the client as the crew works. You can be at work or out of state and still verify every room. Clients asked for this years ago; it became policy.

Month-to-month, always

No commercial client is locked into an annual contract. If the standard slips, you leave. The renewals are the resume.

Honest limits, stated up front

We do not provide kitchen hood and filter cleaning, elevated window work, blood cleanup, or communicable-disease remediation. We do handle urine, feces, and heavily soiled toilets, with the extent and hazards assessed before accepting extreme-condition work.

No judgment, ever

Houses get away from good people. Our crews have seen it all, and the only thing they bring to a hard job is equipment and a plan. Keepsakes get set aside, not swept up.

Products & surfaces

A cleaning approach suited to your property.

Product selection starts with the material, the buildup, and the intended use of the space. Tell the office about surface-care instructions, product preferences, sensitivities, and any products or methods that should be excluded. Cleaning effort, equipment, and preparation are planned around the actual condition rather than a single product for every job.

For facilities with specified products or documentation requirements, share the relevant checklist before the estimate. The office confirms which requirements can be met within the agreed scope. Discuss routine maintenance, deeper periodic work, and any specialist tasks separately so the cleaning plan is practical for the building and its occupants.
