Housekeeping

Routine cleaning to keep an already-maintained home comfortable, tidy, and ready for everyday life.

The right scope for your home

A routine that keeps your home comfortable.

Weekly cleaning works best when it fits the way you live. Tell us which rooms get the most use, what needs attention each visit, and whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly upkeep suits your household. We help you establish a manageable routine for an already-maintained home.

A home with heavy buildup may need professional cleaning before recurring housekeeping begins. The office can assess that first visit and help separate the initial reset from the ongoing routine.

A clear scope

The everyday details, room by room.

These are examples of routine housekeeping. We agree on the tasks, surfaces, and priorities for your home during the estimate.

01

Kitchen & dining

  • Clean countertops, backsplashes, sinks, and fixtures
  • Wipe appliance exteriors and accessible dining surfaces
  • Empty waste bins and replace liners
  • Vacuum or sweep, then mop suitable hard floors

02

Living & common areas

  • Dust accessible tables, shelves, and other flat surfaces
  • Vacuum rugs, stairs, and accessible carpeted areas
  • Wipe high-touch switches and door handles
  • Light tidying and spot wiping of accessible ledges and baseboards

03

Bathrooms & bedrooms

  • Clean sinks, counters, mirrors, and toilets
  • Maintain tubs, showers, and glass with routine soil removal
  • Dust bedroom furniture and make beds as agreed
  • Vacuum and mop appropriate bedroom and bathroom floors

Heavy buildup, appliance interiors, detailed restoration, laundry, and larger organizing projects need their own agreed scope. Routine vacuuming is included where agreed; carpet and upholstery cleaning are not offered.

Your next step

Find your housekeeping provider.

Nicole offers housekeeping in Jackson County. Her calendar is for routine housekeeping only; deep cleaning goes through the office. Ingham housekeeping is arranged through the office while its provider profile is prepared.

Choose your primary service area

Service availability is confirmed for your address. Other counties and Detroit / Metro are coming soon in the provider directory.

Before you arrange service

Can I schedule directly with Nicole?

Nicole’s Jackson County profile has a housekeeping calendar. Choose housekeeping on her profile to view it. Appointment requests are confirmed by the team; deep cleaning must go through the office.

How often can you visit?

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly routines are available subject to provider availability. One-time housekeeping requests can also be discussed with the office. We agree on your frequency and priorities before scheduling.

Does my home need a deep clean first?

Not every home does. Housekeeping maintains a home that is already at a manageable baseline. Heavy grease, mineral deposits, neglected areas, or substantial buildup may call for a separate professional clean first. The office assesses and schedules that work; Nicole’s calendar is for housekeeping only.

Do I need to provide products or equipment?

Our team brings cleaning supplies and equipment. Tell us about specialty surfaces, allergies, pets, and product preferences when arranging your estimate so the provider can confirm a suitable approach.

How are the price and checklist decided?

We review your home size, room priorities, current condition, access, pets, and preferred frequency in a consultation or walkthrough. The estimate defines the agreed tasks and pricing before work begins; the example checklist is not a promise that every task fits every visit.

Can laundry or organizing be added?

Laundry, linen changes, and larger organizing projects can be discussed with the office and included in an agreed scope. They are not automatically included in a standard housekeeping visit.
