Arrange Cleaning for a Loved One in Central Michigan

You don’t have to live nearby to help someone who does. Whether you’re a parent arranging a clean for your adult child or an adult child helping a parent, start with their home, their priorities, and a conversation with our local team.

For parents

A practical hand for your adult child

A new place, a demanding work schedule, or a move can make an extra pair of hands welcome. Arrange a one-time cleaning gift or ask about ongoing housekeeping, with your adult child involved in the decision.

Tell us where they live, rather than where they work or where you’re calling from. We’ll talk about kitchen and bathroom priorities, the rooms they want included, and whether they need a deep clean or regular upkeep.

For adult children

Support for a parent’s home, on their terms

Help with cleaning can make everyday routines easier without taking away someone’s say in their own home. Start with the tasks your parent wants help with and the spaces they want us to leave alone.

You can be the contact for the estimate while the resident helps shape the plan. A one-time reset and recurring housekeeping are both worth discussing. There’s no need to describe medical conditions or private family circumstances to request cleaning.

Choose the right kind of help

One-time deep cleaning

A focused reset for kitchens, bathrooms, and agreed room priorities. The office assesses the condition and scope before setting a price.

Recurring housekeeping

Routine upkeep with priorities and frequency agreed together. If a deeper first clean is needed, we’ll discuss that separately.

How to arrange it from a distance

A clear plan with everyone included

  1. 01

Start with the home and the person who lives there

Give us your contact details and the home’s ZIP code, even if you live hundreds of miles away. Share the rooms, tasks, and timing that would help. You can talk through the options before sharing a full service address.

  2. 02

Agree on permission and a written scope

Include the resident or their authorized representative in the plan. The office confirms what they want done, what should be left alone, who can approve changes, and whether a walk-through is needed. Scope and price are agreed before work starts.

  3. 03

    Confirm access, scheduling, and payment

Discuss who will meet the crew or authorize access, pets, parking, and building restrictions. Tell the office who plans to pay and confirm the payment method and timing. An estimate request is a conversation starter, not a reserved appointment.

  4. 04

Choose how to stay in touch

Agree on the coordinator and the updates that can be shared. Ask about completion notes or photos, with the resident’s permission and privacy preferences settled first. If ongoing help would be useful, discuss a separate housekeeping plan.

Respect for the resident comes first. Please don’t arrange a surprise entry, send access codes through this form, or assume a family relationship alone authorizes service. We provide cleaning, not personal care, medical support, or welfare checks. Read our privacy policy.

The home’s location is what matters

You can coordinate from outside Michigan. Our cleaning inquiries cover Central Michigan communities including Jackson, Mason, Lansing, East Lansing, Holt, and Haslett. The office confirms the exact service address, scope, and available dates before scheduling.

Questions families ask

Can I arrange cleaning while I live out of town?

Yes. Start with your own contact details and the ZIP code of the home to be cleaned. The office will discuss the resident’s agreement, the work, access, availability, and who will approve the estimate. Sending a request does not book a visit or authorize entry.

Can I arrange cleaning for my adult child?

You can ask about a one-time deep clean, move-in or move-out clean, or recurring housekeeping. Your adult child or another authorized representative needs to agree to the work and coordinate access. We can discuss the options with you first without collecting their private circumstances.

Can you help me arrange cleaning for a parent?

Yes. Start with the rooms and tasks your parent wants help with, whether a one-time reset or routine housekeeping. We plan around the resident’s priorities and permission. Cleaning is not personal care, medical care, or a welfare-check service.

Does my loved one need to be home?

The office must confirm an authorized access plan before scheduling. Tell us whether the resident or another authorized adult can meet the crew, and mention pets or building-access restrictions. Do not send keys, alarm codes, or door codes through the estimate form.

Can I pay for the cleaning from another city?

Tell the office you would like to cover the cost. Before you commit, confirm who receives and approves the written estimate, who pays, the accepted payment method, and when payment is due. The estimate form does not take payment or reserve an appointment.

Can I get updates or photos?

Ask the office which updates can be provided and agree who may receive them. Any photos shared with a family coordinator should be agreed with the resident or authorized representative first. Avoid including people, documents, or other private details in photos you send. See our privacy policy for how job records are handled.

Can a first deep clean lead to recurring housekeeping?

Yes, you can request both. Deep cleaning and housekeeping have different scopes; the office will confirm the first visit, ongoing priorities, frequency, price, and availability separately. An estimate request does not enroll anyone in a recurring service.

Which location determines availability?

The home’s service address determines coverage, not the coordinator’s address or the resident’s workplace. We accept cleaning inquiries across Central Michigan and confirm each address, service, and date. A listed town is not a guarantee of every service or immediate availability.
