03The Work
Shot on our phones, not a photographer’s.
04How It Works
No guesswork. No surprises. No judgment.
Most of our clients call at a stressful moment: a move, an estate, an inspection, a house that got away from someone. The process is built to take weight off, starting with the first call.

Call or Text
Describe the job to a person, not a phone tree. If it is urgent, say so; next-day is normal for us.
Walk-Through
We look at the actual space and talk priorities honestly, including what to skip if budget is tight.
A Written Plan
Crew-hour pricing for deep cleans, per-visit for programs. The number is in writing before we start.
Crew Works. Photos Prove It.
A trained team works the plan and sends before-and-after photos as they go. You verify from anywhere.
05The Team
Matt answers the phone himself.

Read our reviews and one name keeps showing up. Matt Castle has run this company since 2009, and he still quotes the jobs, works the trucks, and hands you his number.
Behind him is a trained, uniformed crew that has cleaned everything from county buildings to houses in crisis. They have seen it all, and they treat every job like the neighborhood is watching, because in Jackson, it is.

07Questions
Asked before. Answered straight.
Service Workers And Technicians. The name is a promise about who shows up: trained crews with real equipment, not one person with a caddy of supplies. Jobs get worked as a team, documented with photos, and finished.
Deep cleaning and specialty work is billed by the crew-hour with a base visit rate, so you pay for working hours rather than a guess. Commercial programs are quoted per visit after a walk-through. Either way you get the number in writing before we start, and if you have a budget cap we will build the plan to fit it and tell you honestly what fits inside it.
No. Every commercial account we have, including our county and retail clients, runs month-to-month. We would rather re-earn the building every month than hold anyone to a signature. If the work stops being worth it, you walk, no fee.
Often next-day, sometimes same-day. We schedule crews Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 10 PM, and we have taken on full cleanouts with 36 hours notice. If your deadline is tight, say so when you call and we will give you a straight answer about what is possible.
Yes, and without judgment. Estate cleanouts, long-vacant properties, homes that got away from someone during a hard season. We have seen it all, and our crews are careful with it: photographs, documents, and keepsakes get set aside, not swept into bags. We will also tell you frankly what the priorities should be if the budget will not cover everything at once.
We send progress updates with photos while the crew works, including before-and-after shots of each area. Commercial clients get the same on every visit. You can approve the job from your desk, your car, or another state.
When you want them, yes. We run green programs with low-VOC products, microfiber systems, and Green Seal certified equipment, for the whole job or just the spaces where chemical sensitivity matters. Tell us during the walk-through and we will build it in.
A few things, on purpose. We do not clean kitchen exhaust hoods or filters; that is a certified fire-safety trade and we refer it to a specialist. Window work stays at ground level and accessible first-story glass, no lifts or third-story ladders. And we do not do biohazard or communicable-disease remediation. Inside those lines, if it needs cleaning, chances are we handle it.
Tell us and the crew comes back to make it right. That is half the reason we photograph every job: you can check each room against the before-and-after shots, and if a spot did not meet the standard, there is no arguing about it — we just fix it. Our clients will tell you the same thing; if there is a problem, we want to know about it.
Fully, and we can send certificates before you book. We have cleaned county government buildings for years, and that work does not go to uninsured crews.
