Matt Castle is the owner of SWAT Team of Michigan and founder of SWAT Network. His work starts with professional cleaning and a practical understanding of what it takes to get a property back into shape. He is involved in the work itself as well as bringing the right people together for each project.
A home rarely needs just one kind of help. Matt helps customers connect the steps: clearing a garage, organizing what stays, arranging a deep clean, tackling repairs, and planning the next improvement. His approach is to listen, define the work clearly, and coordinate the provider or crew that fits the job.
As primary house manager, Matt is the point of contact wherever a local house manager has not yet been appointed. Jackson and Ingham counties are the primary service areas. As SWAT grows, each territory will have room for a dedicated local manager, with Matt continuing to handle inquiries until that person is in place.

Care for your lawn, exterior, and outdoor spaces throughout the seasons.
Moving & Junk Removal
Local moves, unwanted-item removal, and garage, basement, or property cleanouts.
Professional cleaning and project work are arranged through the office. Nicole’s calendar is for housekeeping only. Online handyman appointments require a two-hour minimum prepayment of $250 at $125/hour; contact the office to discuss other scheduling arrangements.
