Plan your clean
Clear pricing.
Room for careful work.
A good cleaning plan starts with your priorities, the condition of your space, and a realistic amount of time. Here is how our residential deep-cleaning base works and what to discuss before booking.
Standard residential deep cleaning
Start with four labor hours
The standard base is $315: $300 for 4 total labor hours at $75 per technician-hour, plus a $15 trip charge.
The minimum reserves a labor commitment. The amount of cleaning it covers depends on the work involved. Share your must-do areas so we can discuss a useful plan for your home.
This base applies to the standard residential deep-cleaning booking described here. Routine housekeeping, commercial work, and specialty services can have different rates and minimums.

Labor hours and clock time
Each person’s working time counts
One labor hour means one technician working for one hour. The Terms also call these “man-hours.” A larger team can provide the same total labor in less elapsed time.

Your home and priorities
The detail makes a difference
Kitchens, bathrooms, grout, detailed fixtures, and inside appliances can take substantial time. Pet hair, grease, hard-water buildup, dust, and clutter also affect the work. Two homes of the same size may need different amounts of labor.
Tell us what matters most, what can wait, and the amount you would like to spend. Square-foot guides and time examples help with planning; they do not guarantee a final price or completion time.
Care for the work and the people
Good work deserves realistic time
Detailed cleaning takes time and attention. Clear priorities and reasonable time allowances help our crews work carefully and safely while focusing on the agreed tasks.
We do not promise that every stain, odor, buildup, or pre-existing condition can be completely removed. A specific guarantee applies only when it is expressly included in an authorized written arrangement.
If you need a firm stopping point
Ask for an accepted spending limit
A preferred budget helps us plan. It becomes a binding Authorization Limit only when the company expressly accepts a maximum dollar amount or number of labor hours in writing or electronically. Ask the office to confirm that limit before work begins.
Without an accepted Authorization Limit, an estimate is not a cap. Billing follows the actual authorized labor, applicable minimums, and other authorized or disclosed charges under the Terms.
Clear answers
Pricing questions, explained
Does the minimum cover my whole home?
The four-hour minimum reserves four total labor hours. What can be completed depends on the condition of the home, access, the detail requested, and your priorities. It is not a promise to finish an entire home or every item on a task list.
Is an estimate the maximum I will pay?
An estimate helps you plan. For labor-time services, charges are based on actual authorized labor at the disclosed rate, subject to the service minimum and other authorized or disclosed charges. The final total can exceed an estimate when no accepted Authorization Limit applies. If you need a firm stopping point, ask the office to accept a maximum dollar amount or number of labor hours in writing or electronically before work starts.
How is additional time authorized?
For labor-time work without an Authorization Limit, you or your authorized on-site representative may approve additional labor or scope orally, in writing, electronically, or by reasonably documented conduct. An estimate-overrun notice is a courtesy under the Terms, not a spending cap. When the company has accepted a written or electronic Authorization Limit, it will not knowingly exceed that limit without further authorization, except for reasonable emergency, safety, stabilization, or property-protection measures permitted by law.
What if I have a fixed or project price?
A company-issued written or electronic arrangement must expressly establish a controlling price for a defined scope, replace the default labor-time method for that scope, be approved by an Authorized Company Representative, and be accepted by you. Its price then controls that scope. Extra labor needed solely to complete the original scope does not automatically create an extra charge. Added work, changed conditions, and any express adjustment terms are handled under that arrangement and the full Terms.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full upon completion unless an authorized job-specific payment schedule states otherwise. Before booking, review the deposit or prepayment, disclosed rate, minimum labor commitment, trip charge, any other applicable charges, and any accepted Authorization Limit. Any payment-method fee must be disclosed before payment and comply with applicable law and payment-network rules.
Can I reschedule without a fee?
You can reschedule without a rescheduling fee by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in charges under Section 6.3 of the Terms. Those charges remain subject to the stated loss limits, deposit offsets, and prohibition on duplicate recovery.
What if I have a concern after the visit?
A final walk-through is encouraged so you can point out concerns within the agreed scope. Please report quality, scope, or labor-time concerns in writing within 48 hours after completion, with specific details and photographs when reasonably available. Prompt notice helps us investigate before conditions change. Re-service, credits, and refunds are considered under the booking terms and applicable law; touch-ups and additional work are not automatically free. This notice procedure does not remove rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
