What we collect

When you request an estimate through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, job type, timeline, and anything you tell us about the job. When you call or text us, we see your phone number, like anyone you call or text.

How we use it

We use your information for one thing: responding to your request. That means calling or texting you back, scheduling a walk-through, and preparing your estimate. If you become a client, we use it to schedule and run your service.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make this site work, such as website hosting and email delivery, and they are only permitted to use it to provide those services.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use standard analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use it, like which pages get read and where visitors come from. These tools may set cookies. They do not tell us who you are unless you submit the form.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests as long as they are useful for serving you, and service records, including the before-and-after photos we take on jobs, as long as they are useful for standing behind the work. If you want your information corrected or deleted, ask and we will take care of it.

Your choices

You can call or text instead of using the form. You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One call does it.
