Matt Castle started this company in Jackson in 2009 with a simple bet: treat cleaning like a skilled trade, and the work will speak for itself.
Seventeen years later the bet looks good. The County of Jackson, Menards, and the Area Agency on Aging keep SWAT crews on their buildings, every one of them on a month-to-month handshake that has to be re-earned every four weeks. Michigan names like Big Boy, Bob Evans, and Murray’s Auto sit in the track record. And the Google rating, 4.9 stars across 67 reviews, is written mostly by homeowners, because the same crews that pass county inspections also take on the hardest residential work there is.
That work has a shape you learn to recognize on the phone: a move-out with a deadline, an estate that needs clearing with care, a house that got away from somebody during the worst season of their life. SWAT crews walk into those jobs without judgment, set aside the photographs and keepsakes, and leave the place genuinely clean. Several of those calls have come with 36 hours notice. One came on Super Bowl Sunday. The crew went.

Photos on every job
Before, during, and after shots go to the client as the crew works. You can be at work or out of state and still verify every room. Clients asked for this years ago; it became policy.
Month-to-month, always
No commercial client is locked into an annual contract. If the standard slips, you leave. Seventeen years in, the renewals are the resume.
Honest limits, stated up front
No kitchen hood and filter cleaning, no elevated window work, no biohazard remediation. We refer those to specialists and do our own trades properly instead of everything badly.
No judgment, ever
Houses get away from good people. Our crews have seen it all, and the only thing they bring to a hard job is equipment and a plan. Keepsakes get set aside, not swept up.
