SWATTEAM OF MICHIGAN

Local service. A connected approach.

SWAT Network:
home care, coordinated.

A home rarely needs just one kind of help. SWAT Network brings together homeowners, service providers and house managers around the work that keeps a home running.

01 · For homeowners

Less to coordinate
on your own.

A house manager is a point of contact for planning maintenance, coordinating cleaning and connecting with service providers. That can help when your list spans several jobs, or when you want a more organized approach to ongoing home care.

Need a deep clean or dependable housekeeping now? You can arrange local work directly with our office. Membership is optional.

  1. 01

    Describe the work

Start with the service, what needs attention and your priorities. The platform is built around service requests, including optional photos and urgency details.

  2. 02

    Coordinate the next step

The request workflow is designed for house-manager review and provider coordination. Confirm the scope, costs and appointment before work is scheduled.

  3. 03

    Keep the work connected

The platform is designed to keep request updates and service history together over time. Ask which tools and coordination services are available with your plan and in your area.

Coordination and service work are priced separately. Cleaning, repairs and products are billed separately from membership. Confirm current plan details, charges and local availability with SWAT Network before enrolling.

02 · For service providers

Bring the skill.
Start a conversation.

The network connects a home’s needs with the relevant trade and service area. Its provider application is a starting point for cleaners, handymen and other service professionals interested in participating.

What to have ready

  • Your trade and the services you perform
  • Your operating state, city and service area
  • Your experience and contact details

Applications are reviewed before participation. Ask about applicable licensing and insurance, operating requirements and current provider terms before accepting work.

03 · For house managers

Be the person
who brings it together.

House managers help understand a homeowner’s priorities, coordinate suitable providers and plan the order of work. It is a relationship and coordination role for people who like keeping the details moving.

Interested in a house-manager or territory opportunity? Ask which operating model is available for your location. If you are considering licensing or franchising, request the applicable disclosures and written agreements directly from SWAT Network. Discuss responsibilities, training, fees and territory availability before making a decision.

Start with your local area

Michigan’s directory shows house-manager territories and planned growth markets. Matt Castle remains the primary contact for unfilled positions. A territory listing does not mean a position or service appointment is currently available.

Clear answers

Before you get started

Do I need a membership to book cleaning?

No. Contact SWAT Team of Michigan directly for a cleaning estimate or use the appropriate local provider scheduling option. SWAT Network membership is optional and has its own plan details and terms.

Does a Network membership pay for cleaning or repairs?

Membership supports home-care coordination. Cleaning, repairs, products and other service work are billed separately. Confirm the current plan’s benefits, charges and availability with SWAT Network before enrolling.

Does a listed territory mean I can book service there now?

No. Jackson and Ingham have active provider directories. Company cleaning coverage extends across Central Michigan, with the office confirming your address and service. Coming-soon provider markets and house-manager positions do not create appointment availability.

Who is my local point of contact?

Matt Castle, owner of SWAT Team of Michigan and founder of SWAT Network, is the primary house manager wherever a local manager has not yet been appointed. Contact the Michigan office to discuss your home, the service you need and local availability.
