Open the Privacy choices button and choose Reject optional, or turn Advertising off and save. You can choose analytics independently. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising off. Your choice applies to this browser and domain; repeat it on other browsers or devices.
What is stored
- Essential: storage needed to provide requested services and protect the site, as described in our privacy policy. These are needed for the features you request.
- Privacy preferences: local storage named site-privacy-choices-v1 remembers your choices and their date for 180 days. It contains no account or profile data. If it expires or is cleared, optional tracking stays off until you choose again.
- Analytics: Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Our tag sets a 180-day cookie duration, which may refresh with use. Optional session storage named swat-source-v1 retains approved source, medium, campaign, placement and public landing-page labels in this tab for up to 24 hours after analytics consent. It contains no contact details and is cleared when analytics permission is withdrawn. Source labels may accompany an estimate request to the office.
- Advertising: Vibe uses an _vb browser identifier. Its current pixel sets a 30-day duration that may refresh on a later permitted visit. Vibe may also process identifiers under its own policy.
Withdrawing permission
Withdrawing permission stops future tag activity and reloads the page to unload the scripts. Save unfinished work first. We remove accessible first-party cookies for the categories you turn off. Your browser’s settings can remove additional provider storage. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by a provider; use the privacy contacts for deletion requests. Blocking optional tracking does not prevent sign-in or use of the service.
Optional analytics and advertising
Updated October 30, 2026. On swatteamofmichigan.com, Google Analytics 4 measures public marketing-page visits, successful estimate requests, and clicks on call, text and booking controls when you allow analytics. A call/text click is an expression of interest, not confirmation that a call connected or a message was sent; a booking click is not a confirmed appointment. With separate advertising permission, the Vibe pixel measures visits and successfully delivered estimate requests and helps attribute them to streaming-TV and connected-TV advertising. Vibe may associate browser, device or household identifiers with ad exposure to measure campaigns and support advertising.
These providers receive technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, page addresses and event times. Vibe can also receive the referring page and a Google Analytics cookie identifier when one exists. We do not send account details, names, email addresses, review text, identity-verification information, form contents or payment details through these tags. The tags are limited to selected public marketing pages, with automatic form and enhanced interaction collection disabled. Public service, service-area, industry and blog pages are included. Only approved campaign labels and referral domains are retained in Google Analytics; form values, arbitrary query strings and full referring paths are excluded. Staff and authentication pages are excluded. Public provider profiles use a generic directory address in Google Analytics and are excluded from Vibe tags. With analytics permission, the most recently identified source is kept in this tab for up to 24 hours and included with your estimate request to help our office identify how you found us. Changing optional tracking choices does not affect delivery of your request.
Optional tags remain off until you opt in. Use Privacy choices to reject either category or withdraw permission. A Global Privacy Control signal disables Vibe advertising tracking. Advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws; reject advertising to opt out in this browser. Signing in is not consent to tracking. Your tracking choice is separate from service requests and email or SMS marketing preferences.
