A clear plan for your property

After construction or renovation, settled dust can collect on walls, ledges and detail areas that need more attention than a quick wipe. A construction clean begins after the work area and dust source have been assessed; active building work and debris removal are separately scoped. Tell SWAT where the buildup is, how the space is used and which surfaces matter most. We assess routine dust removal as a defined cleaning task and plan the work around materials and access.

The office confirms your address, scope, pricing and crew availability. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Surfaces to discuss

  • Accessible walls and agreed ledges
  • Settled household or workplace dust on suitable surfaces
  • Edges, corners and detail areas identified in the estimate
  • A work sequence coordinated around occupants and furnishings

Agree the method before the visit

Share photos, surface-care instructions and any known source of the dust. The office confirms suitable methods, access and preparation. This service covers routine cleaning; it is not hazardous-material abatement, mold remediation, ventilation-system servicing or an air-quality certification. Suspected hazardous dust needs specialist assessment before cleaning is arranged.

Clear answers

Frequently asked questions

Is dust mitigation the same as hazardous-material abatement?

No. This service addresses ordinary settled dust on agreed surfaces. It does not include asbestos, lead or other hazardous-material abatement. Identify suspected hazardous material before requesting a cleaning plan.

Can walls be included in dust removal?

Yes, when the wall finish and access are suitable and the area is included in the estimate. The office considers care instructions and may assess a test area before agreeing the method.

Will cleaning stop dust returning or guarantee better air quality?

No. Dust can settle again as a space is used. Cleaning does not guarantee an air-quality measurement, health outcome or a permanently dust-free room. Discuss priorities and any recurring cleaning needs with the office.
