Ann Arbor turns over faster than anywhere else we work, and a move-out clean that actually passes a landlord's walk-through is a different job than a quick once-over. Appliances pulled and cleaned behind. Tracks, sills, and closet shelves. Floors given real machine time instead of a mop and hope. The standard is whether someone signing a lease tomorrow would call it clean.
01Turnover season has no slack in it
Leases here stack up on the same handful of dates, which means the window between one tenant leaving and the next arriving is measured in days. That is a scheduling problem as much as a cleaning one. Tell us the date when you call so the office can assess availability and agree realistic priorities.
Student housing needs the deeper reset at the end of a year: kitchens that have been through nine months of hard use, bathrooms with real buildup, floors and baseboards that need more than a quick surface clean. Property managers running several units get them sequenced so the crew moves building to building instead of back and forth.

Clear answers
Your local service questions
How is deep cleaning different from housekeeping?
Housekeeping maintains an already-manageable home. Deep cleaning addresses heavier buildup and detailed cleaning needs with a separately agreed scope, time allowance, and crew. It is arranged through the office, not Nicole’s housekeeping calendar.
Do I need to empty the home first?
Tell the office about furniture, belongings, clutter, and areas that cannot be accessed. We agree what you will prepare and what help is included. Junk removal and large organizing tasks need their own scope.
Can you work to a budget or priority list?
Tell the office your priorities and budget before work starts. We can discuss which rooms or tasks should come first and how additional work will be authorized. Not every task or condition can fit within the same time allowance.
How is the estimate worked out?
The office reviews the size, condition, access, materials, and work you want completed. Photos help with the initial discussion; a walkthrough may be needed. Scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
How do I confirm availability in Ann Arbor?
Send the office your Ann Arbor address or ZIP code, service, and preferred dates. Our cleaning coverage spans Central Michigan; availability is assessed by address and job. A service-area page does not guarantee an open appointment.
