Housekeeping in Lansing & Ingham County

Keep your home cared for with a housekeeping routine that fits your life. We coordinate recurring upkeep in Lansing and Ingham County, with room priorities and a clear scope agreed before the first visit.

Everyday upkeep

Keep a clean home comfortable.

Housekeeping handles the familiar cycle of dust, kitchen surfaces, bathroom upkeep, floors, and light tidying. We focus on the rooms and tasks agreed for your visit, with products and equipment supplied by our team.

Need a deeper reset?

Start with the right kind of clean.

Heavy buildup, neglected spaces, move-out work, and detailed deep cleaning need a separate assessment. These appointments go through the office. Nicole’s calendar is for routine housekeeping only.

A clear scope

The everyday details, room by room.

These are examples of routine housekeeping. We agree on the tasks, surfaces, and priorities for your home during the estimate.

01

Kitchen & dining

  • Clean countertops, backsplashes, sinks, and fixtures
  • Wipe appliance exteriors and accessible dining surfaces
  • Empty waste bins and replace liners
  • Vacuum or sweep, then mop suitable hard floors

02

Living & common areas

  • Dust accessible tables, shelves, and other flat surfaces
  • Vacuum rugs, stairs, and accessible carpeted areas
  • Wipe high-touch switches and door handles
  • Light tidying and spot wiping of accessible ledges and baseboards

03

Bathrooms & bedrooms

  • Clean sinks, counters, mirrors, and toilets
  • Maintain tubs, showers, and glass with routine soil removal
  • Dust bedroom furniture and make beds as agreed
  • Vacuum and mop appropriate bedroom and bathroom floors

Heavy buildup, appliance interiors, detailed restoration, laundry, and larger organizing projects need their own agreed scope. Routine vacuuming is included where agreed; carpet and upholstery cleaning are not offered.

Share your address, home size, preferred frequency, and the rooms that need the most attention.

    Agree on the priorities

We review the condition, surfaces, supplies, pets, and access. Your estimate sets out the tasks and price.

Before your first visit

How often can you visit?

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly routines are available subject to provider availability. One-time housekeeping requests can also be discussed with the office. We agree on your frequency and priorities before scheduling.

Does my home need a deep clean first?

Not every home does. Housekeeping maintains a home that is already at a manageable baseline. Heavy grease, mineral deposits, neglected areas, or substantial buildup may call for a separate professional clean first. The office assesses and schedules that work; Nicole’s calendar is for housekeeping only.

Do I need to provide products or equipment?

Our team brings cleaning supplies and equipment. Tell us about specialty surfaces, allergies, pets, and product preferences when arranging your estimate so the provider can confirm a suitable approach.

How are the price and checklist decided?

We review your home size, room priorities, current condition, access, pets, and preferred frequency in a consultation or walkthrough. The estimate defines the agreed tasks and pricing before work begins; the example checklist is not a promise that every task fits every visit.

Can laundry or organizing be added?

Laundry, linen changes, and larger organizing projects can be discussed with the office and included in an agreed scope. They are not automatically included in a standard housekeeping visit.
