Most of the floors we are asked to quote for replacement do not need replacing. Commercial tile from an earlier era was usually built better than what would go down in its place. Grime is not damage, though it does an excellent impression of it.

When can we walk on the floor or replace furniture?
Drying and cure times depend on the product, floor, and conditions. The office or crew provides job-specific return-to-use instructions. There is no single safe timing for every floor treatment.
Do you install tile or clean carpet?
No. We do not install tile or clean carpet and upholstery. Tile and grout cleaning can be assessed as hard-floor care. Vinyl, LVP, engineered-wood installation, and epoxy solutions have their own service pages and estimates.
How is the estimate worked out?
The office reviews the size, condition, access, materials, and work you want completed. Photos help with the initial discussion; a walkthrough may be needed. Scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
