A touch point plan follows how people use a building. Entrances, meeting rooms and shared facilities have different patterns of use. Identify the surfaces people handle most often so attention can be focused on a defined, repeatable checklist alongside your broader cleaning program.

Agree the method before the visit
Confirm the surface list, access, visit frequency and materials before scheduling. Electronics, controls and specialty finishes require their manufacturer's care instructions; do not assume a wet treatment is suitable. Touch point cleaning is not automatically a whole-room sanitation or disinfection service.

How often should the touch points be cleaned?
Tell the office about traffic, opening hours and the tasks already handled by your staff. Frequency is agreed for the property rather than promised as a universal schedule.
Does touch point cleaning guarantee a germ-free office?
No. Frequently handled surfaces are used again after cleaning. This service does not guarantee a germ-free space, disease prevention, sterilization or a particular reduction in microorganisms.
