A clear plan for your property
Stairwells have edges, corners and changes in level that need their own cleaning plan. Describe the number of flights, tread material, landings and traffic through the building. SWAT scopes the work around those surfaces and the access the property needs to maintain.
The office confirms your address, scope, pricing and crew availability. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Agree the method before the visit
The office confirms the materials, method, work sequence and drying or return-to-use requirements. Coordinate access with the property manager so cleaning does not obstruct required routes. Carpet cleaning, structural repairs and a guarantee of slip resistance are not included in this service.

Does stairwell cleaning include carpeted stairs?
This service focuses on hard-surface stairwell cleaning. SWAT does not offer carpet or upholstery cleaning. Describe mixed materials so the office can confirm which areas are included.
Can people keep using the stairs during cleaning?
Discuss traffic and required access routes before scheduling. The office and property contact agree the work sequence and when each treated area may be used; continued access is not assumed during wet work.
Are rails and landings included?
They can be included when listed in the agreed scope. Send the number of flights, landings and rail surfaces so the estimate reflects the actual work.
Tell us about the work
Include the service location, surfaces, operating hours and preferred timing. Leave out entry codes, payment details and private information about occupants.
